1. Create a Roomla.com account

Visit and click Log in in the upper navigation menu to show the Sign in dialog box, then select the New to Roomla? tab. Confirm your log in credentials and validate your account by clicking the link sent in the confirmation email.

Creating a Roomla or starting a session requires an account on Roomla.com. Watching non-public sessions from others also requires an account.

2. Head over to the Roomla management section

Once signed in, click the link at the top of the page. Make sure you are on the Main settings tab; this form page allows you to enter in the details necessary to get things off the ground.

3. Choose the name and handle of your Roomla

Choose a name for your Roomla to identify it both inside and outside the marketplace. The name you choose should be unique, memorable, readable, explanatory and closely related to the service business you are launching.

Some example Roomla names

Jessica's Power Yoga

Gilmour Guitar Music Lessons

The Red Dragon Book Reading

Believe in Yourself Naturopathy

Bitconcepts - Cryptocurrency Topics

Prancing Dino Puppet Shows

Roomla names are unique across the marketplace and provided on a first-come-first-served. If the name you want is taken, you'll need to choose another.

Be wary of name squatting, impersonation or unauthorized trademark infringement. Roomla.com reserves the right request verification or to block accounts who violate our Terms of Service.

Your handle is that part of the website address (URL) which will lead to your Roomla. To avoid confusion, it should be similar to the name of the Roomla. Note that only dashes, numbers and letters can be entered. The example provided under the handle field will adjust to demonstrate what your Roomla website address will look like.

Keep the handle relatively short; you may want to publish your unique Roomla.com address offline and longer addresses may get cumbersome.

This will be the website address you publish and share with others, and may be discoverable directly from most major search engines.

4. Upload your brand assets

If you have a logo image file already made, upload it next. This logo will identify your Roomla in search results.

Logo and background images are files uploaded from your computer. You'll have the chance to adjust the image zoom to fit your needs once a file is selected.

As per our Terms of Service, you may not use any graphic which has been copyrighted by others or used without proper license.

4. Categorize your Roomla

Finally, help us make your Roomla discoverable by selecting its offering and category from among the options provided. The Primary Offering refers to the broad type of service you are providing, such as Instruction, Discussion, or Entertainment. The Roomla Category identifies the most suitable subject matter offered by your service business (for example, Animals and Pets, or Travel and Hospitality).

5. Provide the subscription details

The goal of your Roomla is to provide a service-based value worth paying for. Your customers agree to monthly payments, at the price set by you, to become a member of your Roomla. To monetize your service business effectively, the bulk of your session-based content should be restricted to members only.

Enter in the subscription price users can optionally pay to become members. Subscription prices can range from USD$2 to USD$999.

Think about the subscription price you set. If the price is too high for the expected value your customers are receiving, they won't subscribe. If you price too low, you'll be trading customers for lower revenue.

Next, provide a sense of what being a customer means. Provide a brief outline of what they should expect from their subscription. Consideration should be given to the particulars around delivery of your service, and not necessarily the results of your service.
